Coffee Machine Installation
All rijo42 commercial coffee machines are tuned in-house to your individual requirements prior to leaving our premises for installation. We offer a same day/next day installation service for of the machines held in stock. Plumbing, commissioning and in-situ training of your new equipment is provided free of charge and first water filter is included with installation. Comprehensive Barista training courses are available in our state-of-the-art showroom for all rijo42 customers.

Service support is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year via our freephone service line 0800 023 4242. Our team of helpful in-house technicians are on hand to assist resolving any simple issues as quickly as possible over the telephone, saving our customers valuable time.
Technical Support
rijo42 offers inclusive call out and labour when purchasing rijo42 consumables, we have a large team of satellite technicians providing technical support to our customers Nationwide. All members of the rijo42 Service Team are trained to the highest standards ensuring they achieve a superb rate of ‘first time fix’ on any technical issues. Professional training facilities at head office ensure all engineers are competent on existing and new equipment with regular training courses completed. Our fleet of fully stocked service vehicles ensure more common parts are on hand and our large stock of spares at rijo42 HQ means we have excellent call out response times. Preventative maintenance is performed on every service call and a unique courtesy machine service is available for the rare instances where machines cannot be fixed on site. rijo42 engineers carry a stock of ingredients to assist our customers and are all trained in the art of Barista techniques.
Coffee Machine Care
To ensure the smooth operation of our commercial coffee machines, rijo42 provides dedicated cleaning and trouble-shooting guides upon installation. We have a range of cleaning products specifically tailored for use with our machines to prolong the life of the equipment. Professional machine valets and extended warranty packages are also available at extremely competitive rates.
